Privacy notice

Information submitted

The RFQ form asks for company and contact details, destination market, intended use, material requirements, requested documents, importer status and related technical or commercial information. It also records the page URL, referral source and selected language. The server processes an IP address temporarily for security and rate limiting but does not add it to the RFQ record.

Local browser storage

The site stores the selected language and the visitor's measurement choice in browser storage. The measurement choice expires after 180 days, after which the site asks again. Submitted RFQs are not retained in the visitor's browser by this website.

Cookies and measurement

Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement loads only after the visitor selects “Allow measurement.” Before that choice, analytics and advertising storage remain denied. Visitors can reject measurement or reopen “Privacy choices” at any time. The site does not enable advertising personalization, enhanced conversions or Meta Pixel.

If enabled in the server configuration, measurement records page and session information plus the following business-journey events: WhatsApp link click, email link click, first RFQ form interaction and successful RFQ submission. Google Ads conversion measurement is triggered only after the server accepts and delivers a valid RFQ. The event may include the non-personal RFQ reference as a transaction identifier; the form's company, contact, email, phone, product and message fields are not sent to Google by this website.

Business communications

After submission, the secure form endpoint routes the RFQ to configured NEXTIOE sales systems, which may include a business mailbox and Feishu Bitable. The information is used to evaluate the inquiry, confirm intended use, prepare technical documentation, prevent abuse and discuss a potential supply relationship. It must not be sold or used for unrelated consumer marketing.

Service providers and transfers

Email delivery is provided through the NEXTIOE business mailbox. Feishu Bitable may be enabled for internal inquiry management. If the visitor allows measurement and valid identifiers are configured, Google provides analytics and conversion measurement and may process technical data outside the visitor's country. Service providers process information only for the stated functions, subject to applicable contractual and cross-border transfer requirements.

Retention, deletion and rights

RFQ and related business correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or minimized unless a quotation, contract, dispute, tax, regulatory or other legal obligation requires longer retention. Temporary security and rate-limit data is not added to the RFQ record. Where analytics is enabled, NEXTIOE intends to use a 14-month analytics retention setting; aggregated reports may no longer identify a specific visitor.

You may request access, correction or deletion of submitted business contact information, withdraw measurement consent through the on-page privacy control, or object to non-essential processing by emailing the privacy contact. NEXTIOE may verify the requester and may retain limited records where required by law, contract, fraud prevention or legal claims. Requests are reviewed under applicable data-protection law.

Applicable law

This notice is administered by the controller in the People's Republic of China and is interpreted under applicable PRC data-protection law. Mandatory privacy rights in the visitor's location may also apply. Commercial supply agreements may specify separate governing-law and dispute terms.
