Use this guide when evaluating a peptide material supplier. Answers should be supported by current, scope-specific documentation.

Identity and responsibility

• What is the legal manufacturer and manufacturing-site address?
• Which entity contracts, invoices, releases and exports the material?
• Which quality-system certificates apply to this site and material?

Material and testing

• How are identity, purity and mass confirmed?
• Which tests are lot-specific and which are representative?
• How are reference standards, methods and specifications controlled?
• How are deviations, out-of-specification results and changes communicated?

Supply and continuity

• What are the sample, MOQ and lead-time rules?
• How are storage and transport conditions defined and monitored?
• What is the backup plan for critical raw materials or equipment?
• Can the buyer audit the relevant site and records?

Regulatory pathway

• Who confirms destination-market import requirements?
• Which documents are supplied to the local licensed importer?
• Are any approvals, registrations or customer references claimed beyond their documented scope?
